guidelines to follow
There's only a few, and they're simple, I promise.
1. You must be a fan of Sei Shonagon, of course.
2. If you choose to have your website added to the list, remember to link back and have the code up
before you apply, otherwise I cannot add it.
3. If your code is on a hideaway-page or your website is in a language other than English, please do your webmistress the courtesy of telling her where you put it in the additional comments box.
4. You don't need a website to join, but you do need a valid email address. Likewise, you must specify which country you are residing in.
