[1] The Japanese believe that
soulmate-lovers are connected by an invisible red string. You'll
find it mentioned in a lot of Jpop/rock songs. What the singer is
saying here, I think, is that this relationship is delicate.
[2] The literal translation was "bitter and sweet tongue of
before, once again", so I'm taking a leap of faith and
guessing that he's inferring that he's turning away from the cold
concrete and kissing the person again. Help with this line would
be appreciated.
